We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances and abilities.
To achieve this, we strive to adhere as strictly as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) at AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Adhering to these guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to everyone: people who are blind, mobility impaired, visually impaired, cognitively impaired and many others.
This site uses various technologies designed to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We use an accessibility interface that allows people with specific disabilities to adapt the user interface (UI) of the site and customise it according to their needs.
In addition, the site uses an artificial intelligence-based application that runs in the background and constantly optimises the level of accessibility. This application corrects the HTML of the site, adapts the functionality and behaviour for screen readers used by blind persons, and for keyboard functions used by persons with motor disabilities.

Our site implements the ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attribute technique, along with several behavioural modifications, to ensure that blind users with screen readers can read, understand and use the site's functions. As soon as a user with a screen reader accesses the site, they immediately receive a notice to enter the Screen Reader Profile, so they can navigate and interact effectively with the site. Here is how our site meets some of the main needs of screen readers, with code examples from the console:
Optimisation for screen readers: We run a background process that analyses each component of the site from top to bottom to ensure compliance even after updates. During this process we provide screen readers with meaningful data via ARIA attributes. For instance: accurate labels in forms; descriptions for interactive icons (social, search, shopping cart, etc.); validation guidance in form fields; roles of elements such as buttons, menus, modal windows (popups), etc. In addition, the process scans all images on the site providing textual descriptions based on object recognition as ALT tags for non-descript images. Texts in images are also extracted using OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To activate screen reader adaptations at any time, simply press Alt+1. Users will also receive an automatic warning when entering the site to activate Screen Reader mode.
These functions are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Optimisation for keyboard navigation: the background process modifies the HTML of the site and adds various behaviours via JavaScript to make it navigable from the keyboard. It includes the ability to navigate with the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, open drop-down menus with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, activate buttons and links with Enter, navigate between radio elements and checkboxes with the arrow keys and select them with the space bar or Enter. Keyboard users also find quick navigation and skip menus, always accessible with Alt+1 or as the first elements of the site during navigation. The process also handles pop-ups by shifting the keyboard focus to them as soon as they open, preventing the focus from leaving the active element.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (titles), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons) and “G” (images) to jump directly to the desired elements.
