PANTHER is the automatic heat sealer with high productivity of the range I.DEA PACK, designed to meet the needs of those working on large volumes with standardised tray formats. It is the ideal choice for production facilities that require speed, precision and business continuity.

Available in SHORT version o LONG, PANTHER can be integrated into complex lines or employed independently, always maintaining high performance thanks to:

In the version MAP, ensures packaging in modified atmosphere with strict control of vacuum and gas distribution. The SKIN version with technology SOFT SKIN allows packaging even of products with bone or sharp edges, while maintaining maximum adhesion and safety.

WELDING

Security and resistance for classic closing on all types of trays (plastic - cardboard - aluminium - polystyrene).

SKIN

Skin with and without protrusion. Continuous welding over the entire tray. Capacity up to 80 mm protrusion.

MAP

Modified atmosphere with residual oxygen down to 0 / 0.1. Suitable for all types of GAS.

GAS FLUSH

Suitable for packages with medium oxygen residue. Usually used in the fourth range.

ANTI-SKIDDING

Anti-slip to allow the handling of trays with liquids and ready-made soups.
